Happy Deepavali to family n friends n those who celebrate the Festival of Light…. May the Light brings happiness to the people who live in the shadow due to one reason or another….

Another night of painful left shoulder definiely welcome the lively chirping of the birds outside the window….The livly chirping drives away the  morning blue…. And it also encourages some thinking about what really trigers the pain in the left shoulder…… Is it the food ?? Last night I took nasi lemak with sambal sotong n kerang, pucuk betik n pucuk gajus, yth soup, Harold’s creme tart, some longan.. so which one is the culprit ?? Could it be the longan . Usually daughter will caustion me when she sees me eating that fruit. No overeating , Ma!!! Does it means I have to give up that favourite fruit ? Don’t know…  No pain, no hal has always determines the decision….😝😬😖

Well got to go start the meds routine…. May Allah SWT bless us all… Ameen YRA
